Contemporary Furniture Refinishing

This piece was my Third instalment of my Van dyke range. The heavy oak MOD desk was stripped, neutralised, sanded through the grades, stain blocked and finished in lamp black acrylic eggshell by the little green paint company.

The drawers were prepared in the same way, lightly stained and finished in a satin osmo hardwax oil.

The inside of the drawers were painted in middle buff by little greene which made sure the piece was fully refinished.

The Van dyke pattern work was achieved on the writing desk top to give a truly bespoke piece. This particular piece could have sold numerous times within the first social media post.
