Five Years In The Making?

Five years in and the first business expansion has taken place! From a small humble workshop in Witney which allowed me to grow, expand my knowledge and make and refinish numerous pieces of great furniture, I am so pleased to announce OP Woodcraft now have our larger workshop in Blockley, Gloucestershire – where I have even more space to grow (and teach really enthusiastic students).

Taking on a larger unit in the current market comes with its downsides as I’m sure you can imagine. I inherited a shell with everything to do inside but when you believe in your business and the intrinsic rewards you get from being self employed it’s small price to pay, right?

The Renovation & Journey of Our New Workshop

I now have room for up to eight students and have space to make large scale fitted and free standing bespoke furniture. Still a great deal to do but a really wonderful space to work and grow into.
